With the constant kneeling, squatting and standing on your feet all day (in addition to carrying heavy equipment around your neck and on your shoulders) we have to be sure to work our bodies out in order to provide the best possible us for clients.

- Low Pulley Row To Neck 3 sets, 8-12 reps
- Barbell Ab Rollout 3 sets, 8-12 reps
- Bottoms Up 3 sets, 8-12 reps
