Monday Motivation: Back at it

It’s September. August was a weird month for me. I completely stopped working out after the second week. I’m not sure what happened. I hear Mercury is in retrograde so maybe that’s why. Either way, I’ve decided to make up for it by doing a few two a days just to get my stamina back up and then go back to my regular schedule.

Between work and kids, I can honestly say I got a little overwhelmed with life in general. But hey–it happens right? So even though I only had 4 weeks left of my 16 week journey, I’ve now decided to keep it going until the end of the year. My New Year’s resolution was to be healthy and have consistency back in my life. The only way to really build a great, consistent regime is to keep at it no matter what!!

Happy September!! Here’s to a very healthy last quarter!!
