I started May off with a bang. As previously stated my workout routine involves hitting the gym 2-3 hours a day/4 days a week.
After hit the 8 week mark in April, I decided to add crunches and more intense core work to my routines. It was time I got rid of the mom pouch. Since having a c-section I had always been told I would never have a flat stomach. This was the time I decided to prove them wrong.
