Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and an even better 2017, now it’s time for 2018!! Who’s ready? I’m entering year 4 of my weight loss journey, while I’ve had so many ups and downs, I’m so happy to be on this journey for a better healthier me.

The kids and I have gone through so much this year, but things appear to be back on track and I can see next year being the best year yet!


For the blog, I plan on transitioning to strictly lifestyle. I’ll be sharing recipes, exercises, travel and more. Don’t forget to follow my parenting articles and book reviews on Grits and Grace.
