Happy Wednesday!! Are you making it through Spring Break okay? I hope you and the kids have been enjoying this week exercise challenges with our family fit time movie workouts. Remember the goal of the workouts this week are to not only build a healthy exercise routine but for your children to also build one as well. These workouts are a great way for you and your children to bond while watching movies and working out! I’m a firm believer in modeling great behavior for your children: if they see you exercising and enjoying yourself they will be more apt to do the same thing.
Toy Story is definitely one of those movies that I can watch over and over again with no problem!! The kids fell in love with this movie the very first time they saw it, which is why we love doing family workouts to this movie.
Family Fit Time today will be all about the abs!! We are focusing solely on our core and working those abs for this one! Get ready!
