One of my daughters’ favorite movies is Disney’s Tangled!! We watch this movie at least once a week and now that I’ve seen it so many times, I decided I needed to do something in order to keep from zoning out during the movie. I created this workout routine to complete while we watch! This particular Disney movie also has a lot of fast paced songs, so this workout definitely involved a lot of moves that will get the blood flowing and your heart pumping!
