A photographer’s job is pretty physical. Heavy gear, walking, twisting, bending, kneeling–this all takes a toll on our bodies after a while. As a photographer of 14 years, I can attest to this fact. My body is worn out!! Spending hours on your feet, only to turn around and spend hours sitting behind a screen, will leave you with neck and back problems after a while.
