Our dog goes everywhere with us! Yes loves the outdoors just as much as we do, so I try to often include him in my workouts as well. It took a minute for me to think of “fun” workouts, because I don’t know if it could be considered fun for the dog necessarily.
Now that it’s summer, I’m careful not too spend too much time outside with him during the heat of the day, so we get a lot of pur exercises done first thing in the mornings.

Happy Tuesday!! Today I’m doing to show you a quick little move I call bicep toners (in the video I say tricep–sorry for the slip up).
Lift your hips high and your arms straight up. Bend your arms back slowly in a curl position keeping your arms in the same position. Extend your arm back out squeezing your biceps. This move tones not only your biceps but also your buns!!
