I’ve focused on stretching and flexibility a lot recently. I came across a wonderful set of YouTube videos for stretches that I have done a for about a week now and I wanted to share.
I’m working on increased flexibility for the next 30 days. Feel free to join me! I’ll be working only on the stretches in the videos twice a day for 30 days. At the end of the month, I’ll update you with my progress.
While several of these videos are stretching for splits, I have no intention of actually doing a split!!!
