5 Ingredient Healthy Smoothie Recipes You’ll Love

I’m a huge smoothie fan. Over the years I’ve created some great and some not-so-great concoctions. For the hits I put them in my recipe binder for later use and for the misses, I put them away with the hope that I can come back and improve upon them.

One of my favorite misses was the Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie. I have been trying to two years to get the recipe Pinterest worthy I think I may have finally gotten it!

Lessening the number of ingredients I include in my recipe was one of the changes I made to make the smoothie work. In particular, I decided to try So Delicious Organic Almondmilks.

Smoothies have always been my favorite go-to morning jumpstart. Even more so than coffee. Although there are those days when I could stand to use a great cup of coffee. On the days where I’m feeling more smoothie-fied I pull out the blender and get cooking!

When I first discovered So Delicious Organic Almondmilks, I had been using the Vanilla flavor in my coffee. It was absolutely delicious.

Peach/Strawberry sounds amazing! I love smoothies, but I currently don’t have the time for breakfast in the morning … and I wouldn’t have coffee if I didn’t have the auto-brew feature on LOL. I suppose I could wake up earlier, but who wants to do that? lol
