I’m a huge smoothie fan. Over the years I’ve created some great and some not-so-great concoctions. For the hits I put them in my recipe binder for later use and for the misses, I put them away with the hope that I can come back and improve upon them.
One of my favorite misses was the Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie. I have been trying to two years to get the recipe Pinterest worthy I think I may have finally gotten it!
Lessening the number of ingredients I include in my recipe was one of the changes I made to make the smoothie work. In particular, I decided to try So Delicious Organic Almondmilks.
