What to eat before and after the gym

The hardest part of my mornings is breakfast!! I hate eating in the mornings  and forcing myself to eat a little something is always a disaster. I just don’t do it.

I found this neat little graphic from Self Magazine via Pinterest and wanted to share with you all. Since beginning my strength training, I’ve been determined to eat a whole lot better than I had been doing previously. Protein is an important part of any diet, but it’s especially important for building muscle.

I love the P3 Protein packs–I take these with me to the gym and snack on them on the way there and afterwards.
