Leg Day Monday: Seated Leg Press Machine

Happy 4th of July!!! After a strenuous weekend, I needed a quick workout to relax myself before any festivities begin.

After a while, doing the same thing over and over again begins to get a little boring. This can especially be true while working out. When using the seated leg press machine you’re probably thinking there’s only so much you can do right?

Check out these calf raises below on the the seated leg press machine. With standard, inner and outer placements you are able to work out those areas below the knees as well.
