I love pizza!! It’s my second favorite food next to tacos. Usually it’s hard for me to get everyone in the family on the same page when it comes to toppings, but lately we’ve all been managing to like the same things (finally). Luckily there is no shortage of healthy pizza recipe options on the internet. And when I couldn’t find anything, I would just make it up as I go along.
Living in an area with a ton of mom and pop pizza shops I still find that making my own pizza at home is the best way to go. It gives the kids something to do when they’re helping, plus everyone gets exactly what they want!!
I love cauliflower! And this recipe for cauliflower pizza crust from Our Best Bites is amazing!! I’m able to make these and hide the veggies inside without the kids noticing the difference!!
Another favorite packed with loads of veggies and super delicious is this roasted garlic spinach white pizza recipe from Eat Good 4 Life. This was my first time roasting garlic, even though I sort of over did it, it still turned out super delicious!!
