Family Fit Time: Disney’s Tangled Movie Workout

Do you have any plans or are you planning a staycation this week? If your plans including staying home how about joining in our family fit time workouts this week? You may remember some time back I wrote this post on staying fit during family time.  habits. Well, I’m back again with more moves for you and the little ones to do during your movie night. Family fit time does not have to be cliche or boring.  The goal is to get yourself along with your children up and moving for just a few minutes a day. This is a great way for them to see you exhibiting healthy. This is a great way to get in those exercises while spending time together as a family!!

One of my daughters’ favorite movies is Disney’s Tangled!! We watch this movie at least once a week and now that I’ve seen it so many times, I decided I needed to do something in order to keep from zoning out during the movie. I created this workout routine to complete while we watch! This particular Disney movie also has a lot of fast paced songs, so this workout definitely involved a lot of moves that will get the blood flowing and your heart pumping!
