Happy Thursday! We’re almost there!! Which may or may not be a hint for our workout tomorrow 😉 ! Yesterday family fit time was all about the abs, today we are focusing on the legs! We want them toned and stronger than they currently are, so today we are doing a workout that’s a little more intense. “Brave” is an action-packed movie, so we need an action-packed workout to go right along with it!
