Benefits of Drinking Infused Water

It’s no secret that drinking enough water on a regular basis leads to a much healthier version of you. But what are the real benefits of drinking infused water?

I live for lemons and water. I’ve been drinking lemon water long before ‘infused water’ became a thing. In fact, most of the people I know grew up putting fruit in their water, specifically to add taste to it.

It’s a fact that most people don’t drink enough water. Even though our bodies are made of 60% water, staying hydrated is key in preventing constipation, achiness, crankiness and cramping. You hair, nails and skin all benefit from drinking water on a regular basis. When you cut water out of your routine, it can begin to show itself in other ways. Your health and appearance can start to suffer from a lack of hydration.

Keeping your body properly hydrated, you will be able to rid your body of the waste more efficiently.

Each fruit does different things. Drinking lemon water is especially good because it provides a great source of Vitamin C, B, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Fiber.
