April Recap

I started journaling my progress at the beginning of April so that I could keep track of my water intake as well as a few other things.

Since starting my fitness journal I have definitely seen an increase in consistency with my workouts. I’m a chronic lister, so having the ability to write out my workout plans is another way I keep motivated. The Fit Fotographer | | Nicole Caudle
