As a photographer, I spend most of my time doing various forms of squats and every other movement in order to get ‘the shot’ during weddings. Needless to say, I’ve built a pretty toned booty from all of this!! Because of the constant amount of walking and time on my feet, I began tailoring my summer workouts to help aide in better leg strength. Because of this, I’ve been working out my legs and booty a lot more.
Looking for workouts that will help tone and build that booty? Well, look no further!! Before we get started, let me tell you now there are better more effective ways to build that booty other than doing squats.
